"Urteaga-Trani works closely with U.S. and Mexican companies, trade associations and industry groups," explained Vincent, "He was one of the Mexican delegates in the NAFTA negotiating process covering several provisions of the agreement including Technical Standards, Environment, and Investment clauses and was also involved in the process that created the North American Development Bank and the U.S. - Mexico Border Environment Cooperation Commission."

Vincent said the CSWHT plans on having a keynote speaker once a month from September 2003 through April 2004. All events will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Western Hemispheric Trade Center, room 116, unless otherwise noted.
