New Courses for Spring 2005 at TAMIU

For the Spring 2005 semester, Texas A&M International University will be offering three courses for the first time: "Advanced Pathophysiology;" "Advanced Health Assessment;" and "Great Books of the Western Tradition: Renaissance to Present."

The advanced classes support the new Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner program, which began this past fall.

Oscar Reyna, University registrar, said TAMIU is continually expanding the course offerings, to better serve students.

"Offering the best courses is extremely important to us. As the University continues to grow, different courses will be necessary. We almost always offer new courses every semester," said Reyna.

University offices are closed Dec. 23-Jan. 2, reopening Monday, Jan. 3 at 8 a.m.

Registration for Spring 2005 is on-going through Monday, January 10. Online Late registration, with fees applied, will occur through Friday, January 14. Online registration is available at https://lasso.tamiu.edu/ahomepg.htm
