Online Registration   for the Spring Semester 2006 began Monday, Nov. 14.

Schedules and additional information are available online.

University registrar Oscar Reyna explained that four simple steps can get students started towards online registration.

"It's a simple four-step process that can provide a diverse array of services that our students will find incredibly beneficial," said University registrar Oscar Reyna.

Reyna explained the process:
1. Log on to tamiu.edu
2. Click on "Students" on the left of page and then "LASSO"
3. Click on "Enter Student Services"
4. Enter Campus ID in Student ID field and date of birth in 6-digit format for PIN and click "Login."

He said that these four steps lead the student to the main menu, which provides services grouped into Student Records, Personal Information, Registration and Schedule, Course Catalog and Available Course Sections and Financial Aid.

In addition to accessing online services through their own computers and any University labs, dedicated computer kiosks are also available in the Registrar's Office lobby.
