This Spring at Texas A&M International University offers current or budding artists a chance to brush up on their arts skills or take on a new challenge.

The TAMIU Visual Arts Program is offering a variety of exciting studio opportunities this semester. These classes are available for non-degree seeking students from the seasoned artist to the novice.

Classes available are as follows:

Different media will be explored and there will be group discussions covering contemporary figurative artists and issues.

ARTS-2323-201 Life Drawing, Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00-03:30PM. Instructor: Janet Krueger. An introduction to woodcut, intaglio, lithography/planographic techniques, linoleum block printing, and monotype. Students are encouraged to work with themes, images and designs of their own creation.
