TAMIU Celebration of Black History Month Continues

Texas A&M International University continues its month-long observance of Black History Month.

The public is invited to attend and all events are free of charge.

Dr. Peter Haruna, TAMIU associate Professor of public administration and political science, is coordinating the University-wide observance.

Remaining TAMIU Black History Month schedule of activities includes:

All month - The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library has mounted an exhibit by library clerk Alejandra Puente celebrating the achievements of African-Americans.

Monday, February 27 - Western Hemispheric Trade Center, Room 1003, noon - 1 p.m. "Blacks in Latin America," with Drs. Ezra Engling, Stanley Green and Randall Parish.
