Defensive Driving Offered at TAMIU

Anyone hoping to improve their driving skills can take advantage of the defensive driving course offered be Texas A&M International University's Office of Special Programs Tuesday, October 17 and Thursday, October 19.

This 6-hour course is approved and recognized by the Texas Department of Insurance.

"Anyone who would like a discount on their insurance or just needs to take the course for ticket dismissal can take advantage of the course," said Jessica Villarreal, coordinator for the Office of Special Programs at TAMIU.

This two-day course is from 6 to 9 p.m. on both Tuesday and Thursday. Cost per participant is $25. Register soon; seating is limited.
