University graduates interested in continuing their education should consider registering for Texas A&M International University’s Graduate Record Examination (GRE) Preparation Course. Classes meet Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting Jan. 20 through March 10.

Course fee is $320 and includes two textbooks and pre- and post-diagnostic assessments from Cambridge Educational Testing Services. Register early to avoid late fees.

This course will offer powerful test-taking strategies, GRE pre- and post-diagnostic assessments, skill review exercises, practice test, math skills review and English skills review.

GRE scores are an important influence in graduate school applications. Many graduate schools combine the GRE test score with college GPA to determine a student’s ability to succeed in their program.
