Computer-based GRE Prep Course Offered at TAMIU

Study for the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) with a preparation course offered by Texas A&M International University Office of Special Programs. Registration is currently underway.

Classes will meet every Saturday from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., June 16 – July 21 in Dr. Billy F. Cowart Hall, room 116.

Course fee is $150.

Admission to TAMIU is not required.

The computer-based class includes powerful test-taking strategies, skill review exercises, a practice test, math skills review, and English skills review.

 “GRE scores are a critical component of anyone's graduate school application. Many graduate schools combine actual test scores with college GPA to determine the probability of success in their program. This preparation course offers students the tools and preparation they need to score their best on the exam,” explained Jessica Villarreal, program coordinator.
