Dr. Ned Kock, Texas A&M International University associate professor and chair of the Division of International Business and Technology Studies in the College of Business Administration, was recently interviewed by Information Management on his book Emerging E-Collaboration Concepts and Applications

In the interview, Dr. Kock discussed e-collaboration, its history and development, cultural challenges faced when using globalized e-learning, effects e-collaboration technology has on groups and how it works in the business world.

“E-collaboration has gone from science fiction speculation to a daily reality for most workers, in what could be seen as ‘a second in a lifetime’ in evolutionary terms,” Kock explained.

Information Management is an official publication of the Information Resources Management Association and is published twice a year, in the spring and fall, both in print and electronically.  The publication is distributed to information providers and users worldwide.  The publication strives to enhance the knowledge and understanding of effective information resources management.
