TAMIU Sets Transfer Fair July 19 at LCC

Laredo Community College students interested in attending Texas A&M International University can learn about the enrollment process by attending a special Transfer Fair from Tuesday, July 17 through Thursday, July 19 at the University’s Outreach office, Memorial Hall room 211, on the LCC campus. 

Advisors from the College of Business and Dr. F.M. Canseco School of Nursing will be available on Tuesday.

College of Education advisors will be on hand Wednesday, July 18, while representatives of the Colleges of Arts and Science will be present Thursday, July 19. All advisors will be available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the University Outreach Office, Memorial Hall room 211.

The Transfer Fair would be extremely beneficial to students ready to take their upper-level courses while providing a smooth transition for students enrolling.

The Fair also offers advisement on degree programs, financial aid and testing information. It also provides interested students the opportunity to meet with faculty and program representatives.

Office hours for the Outreach Office are from Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon, and 1 -5 p.m.

On Fridays, the Outreach office staff is available at the TAMIU campus from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
