Online Courses Available 24/7 from TAMIU-SBDC

Gain the knowledge needed to make your business excel by attending Texas A&M International University’s Small Business Development Center (TAMIU-SBDC) training classes. The TAMIU-SBDC offers more than 100 seminars per year and also offers numerous free online training seminars.

Now you can receive quality training in the convenience of your own home. Free online training is now available.

Topics include: foundations of marketing, managing your finances and starting your business. There are 26 workshops to choose from. These highly effective seminars are free and designed to help entrepreneurs at every stage of business growth.  In addition, they are accessible 24 hours, seven days per week.  A certificate is issued at the end of each seminar.

Available seminars are as follows: Foundations of Marketing—advertising, building your brand, building your Web site, personalization, promoting your business and sales strategy.

Also available is Managing your Finances—assessing financial needs, balance sheet, cash budget, cash flow, contract, partners and investors, pricing, profit and loss, profitability, ratios and valuing a business.

Another seminar is Starting Your Business—analyzing your competition, business, creating a competitive advantage, identifying your target market, legal structure, maintaining an agile company, market analysis, patent copy trade and strategic plan.
