TAMIU Transfer Fair Coming to LCC

Students ready to transfer to Texas A&M International University from Laredo Community College should make plans to attend the TAMIU Transfer Fair Tuesday, April 15 – Thursday, April 17 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the University Outreach Office in Memorial Hall 211 on the LCC main campus.

Representatives from the College of Business Administration and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences will be available to speak to students Tuesday, April 15.

Representatives from the College of Arts and Sciences will be at the Transfer Fair Wednesday,
April 16.

College of Education advisers will be at the Fair Thursday, April 17.

Students who attend the Fair will have the opportunity to get advised about their degree program, learn about financial aid, receive general information, meet with faculty and program representatives and register for Summer and Fall 2008.

In Fall 2007, 335 students transferred to TAMIU from LCC.

Office of Admissions office hours are Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Wednesday and Thursdays from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Registration for Summer and Fall 2008 starts Monday, April 7.
