Procurement Opportunities Explored Sept. 25 by TAMIU-SBDC

The Texas A&M International University Small Business Development Center (TAMIU-SBDC) and the San Antonio District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will be conducting the Marketplace for Contracting opportunities for Women in Business, a noontime roundtable on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008.

The free-of-charge event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites, 110 Calle del Norte. All are welcome to attend this informative event.

Learn how to build a business profile, register on Central Contract Registration (CCR) and search for contract opportunities on FedBizOpps.

Federal, State and other agencies spend big dollars every year - why not take advantage of these opportunities for your small business.

Featured Speaker will be Patricia Suarez, Business Advisor from the University of Texas at San Antonio-SBDC Technology Center, and Guest Remarks by Mary Alice Blanco Women’s Business Ownership Representative SBA San Antonio District Office.

There is no charge to attend this educational session, but an RSVP is required. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
