Poetry, Dance, Song Mark Hispanic Heritage at TAMIU

Celebrate Hispanic culture at Texas A&M International University as the Club de Español Siglo XXI delivers its “Recital de poesía, música y danza,” Thursday, Oct. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the TAMIU Student Center Auditorium (SC 236).

This event is free and open to the public.

In honor of el mes de la hispanidad celebrated in Spanish America and other places of the world, the evening will be full of artistic work performed by TAMIU students.

The work will show the vast cultures found in Hispanic countries including ballet folklórico performances, Spanish dance, music performances with original songs by students and a poetry recital with works by Hispanic poets.
