TAMIU Transfer Fair at LCC Nov. 11-13

Laredo Community College students ready to complete their undergraduate degree at Texas A&M International University will have an opportunity to meet with University representatives during Transfer Fair Week Tuesday, Nov. 11 – Thursday, Nov. 13 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the TAMIU Outreach Office, LCC Memorial Hall 211, main campus.

“We are having this event to help current LCC students ready to transfer to TAMIU by providing services for their convenience at the TAMIU Outreach Office at LCC,” said Diana Chávez, undergraduate admissions counselor, TAMIU Office of Admissions.

“Students can learn about TAMIU, apply for admission, get advised on degree plans, learn about financial aid at TAMIU and register for Spring 2009,” Chávez added.

The Offices of Admissions, University Registrar and Financial Aid will have representatives on site to answer any questions that prospective transfer students might have.

Registrar’s representatives will be able to advise students for the A. R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Education and College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
