TAMIU-SBDC Offers Second in Two-Part Web Series Class April 30

The Texas A&M International University Small Business Development Center (TAMIU-SBDC) will offer the second in a two-part series on how to create a website Thursday, April 30, 2009, from 5 to 8:30 p.m.

The hands-on workshops are being held at TAMIU’s Dr. Billy F. Cowart Hall, room 117. Fee is $20 for each session.

This hands-on workshop series spans the entire process of building a simple website from the ground up, with plenty of pointers and reference material.

Alejandro Quetzeri, who has 10 years of experience in building websites and is owner of WSI Certified Internet Consultants, will lead the series.

Part II. Promoting your Web site – April 30

Traditional Marketing vs. Internet Marketing; Basics of Internet Marketing; Web Analytics; Search Engine Optimization; Pay Per Click – Sponsor Ads.
