TAMIU Criminal Justice Program’s Master’s Degree Open House Tonight

Enhance your professional skills and advance your career with a master’s degree in criminal justice. Find out how at the upcoming Texas A&M International University College of Arts and Sciences Criminal Justice Master’s Program Open House, Thursday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. in Bob Bullock Hall, room 225.

Admission is free and open to the public.

“Current and prospective students can get to know the criminal justice professors from 6 – 7 p.m. and from 7 – 7:30 p.m., we will have an orientation on program requirements and scholarship information,” said Dr. Claudia E. San Miguel, director, criminal justice program.

Designed for non-traditional students who work full-time, courses are primarily online. Graduate students can also choose alternative options to complete their degree through either a non-thesis or thesis plan.

TAMIU is one of the few universities to offer a criminal justice master’s degree entirely online.

“This program is especially beneficial for students who already work in the criminal justice system and want to enhance their professional knowledge and skills as well as those who wish to pursue a doctoral degree,” Dr. San Miguel said.
