TAMIU Chamber Singers Fall Concert This Sunday

Enjoy a Sunday afternoon listening to the Texas A&M International University Chamber Singers present a cappella music at their Annual TAMIU Chamber Singers Fall Concert Sunday, Nov. 15 at 3 p.m. in the Center for the Fine and Performing Arts Recital Hall.

Admission is free and open to the public.

“The program includes Claude Debussy’s ‘Trois Chansons’ as well as modern classics such as Randall Thompson’s ‘Alleluia’ and King Singers arrangements of the Beatles songs ‘Blackbird’ and ‘Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da,’ ” said Dana Crabtree, instructor of voice and concert director.

Students from the Laredo Community College Mixed Choir, directed by Dr. Joseph Crabtree, will join the group.
