New Lecture Series Explores Human Trafficking Feb. 11

An upcoming lecture examines human trafficking Wednesday, Feb. 10 from 12 – 1 p.m. in the TAMIU Student Center Theatre and Auditorium (SC 236).

This lecture is free and open to the public. A reception starts at 11:30 a.m.

Dr. Roger Enriquez, interim department chair and associate professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), will present “Immigration Relief for Victims of Human Trafficking.”

Dr. Enriquez has taught in UTSA’s department of criminal justice since 2001. His research strengths include indigent criminal defense in Texas and the rights of non-English speakers in the criminal justice system.

He earned his B.B.A. from the UTSA and his juris doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law.
