Women’s City Club Nursing Scholarship Endowment Achieved

Women's City Club Board Members gathered with Texas A&M International University Canseco School of Nursing Associate Professor Natalie Burkhalter to commemorate the Women's City Club Nursing Scholarship Endowment achieving over $100,000 endowed. The Women's City Club Nursing Scholarship Endowment was established in 2001 with a $40,000 donation to provide merit-based scholarship promoting excellence in nursing. The endowment has grown over the last nine years through additional donations and has enabled over 20 TAMIU nursing students to achieve their dream of becoming a nurse.
