March for Babies Saturday at TAMIU

Laredo’s March for Babies is Saturday, April 30 at 9 a.m. at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU). Area residents are encouraged to register and raise funds for lifesaving research and educational programs at marchforbabies.org

Laredoans Carolina and Nephtali Garibay and their children are the 2011 Ambassador Family for the March of Dimes’ Laredo Division March for Babies.

March for Babies is sponsored by H-E-B, Macy’s, Stripes, BBVA Compass Bank, A-1 Collision Center, Laredo Medical Center, Brown Hyundai, IBC Bank, BioLife Services, Wells Fargo and Molina Healthcare. The 2011 national March for Babies sponsors are K-Mart, Farmers Insurance Group, Cigna, Famous Footwear, Sanofi Pasteur, Bayer, FedEx, United Airlines, Mission Pharmacal, and First Response.
