Final Dusty Camps Offered at TAMIU

New Texas A&M International University students and first-time freshmen are reminded that the final Dusty Camps for mandatory summer orientation are scheduled Aug. 4-5 and Aug. 15-16.

The Dusty Camp experience is also available as an option to TAMIU parents with Parent and Family Orientation also scheduled Aug. 4 and 15.

Parents will connect with University administrators and other parents and learn about TAMIU’s student support programs and services available, Treviño said.

Online registration is available at tamiu.edu/studentaffairs/newstudent

The site also includes an online photo gallery to the Orientation and access to important student success resources.

University summer hours are from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 8 a.m. – noon on Fridays.
