Final Dusty Orientation Camps Offered at TAMIU

The clock is ticking and the final summer orientation camps for new Texas A&M International University students and first-time freshmen are scheduled Aug. 4-5 and Aug. 15-16.

The Dusty Camp experience is also available as an option to TAMIU parents with Parent and Family Orientation also scheduled Aug. 4 and 15. The Fall semester at TAMIU begins Thursday, Aug. 25.

Parents will connect with University administrators and other parents and learn about TAMIU’s student support programs and services available, Treviño said.

The site also includes an online photo gallery for Dusty Camp and access to important student success resources.

University summer hours are from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 8 a.m. – noon on Fridays.
