Has your workday or home life got you stressed?

Looking for a way to relax at the end of a hectic day?  Do you want to build your core strength and flexibility? Are you curious about your body and its incredible abilities?

Consider enrolling for a Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) Yoga Class lead by Dr. Jyotsna Mukerhji as part of TAMIU’s Center for the Fine and Performing Arts Program.  The class is open to the community, designed for ages teen to adult and is offered at a gentle pace.  Curious?

The class is led by Dr. Mukherji, TAMIU associate professor of Marketing, a yoga practitioner all her life.

The class meets every Wednesday from 7 - 8 p.m. in Studio 123 of the TAMIU Center for the Fine and Performing Arts. Cost is $45 for the month. The first class is free of charge.

Dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat, available at local retail or sports stores.

The only other requirements are the ability to smile and breathe!
