TAMIU Summer Schedule Starts May 30

Texas A&M International University will begin observing a summer work schedule starting Thursday, May 30, 2013, through Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013.

The University summer schedule is 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Thursday and 8 a.m. – noon, Friday.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library will operate on a special Maymester schedule, Monday, May 20 – Friday, June 7. The schedule is 7:30 a.m. – 10 p.m., Monday – Thursday; 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday; 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday; noon – 8 p.m., Sunday.

The Killam Library will observe its regular hours starting June 10. Regular hours are Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – midnight; 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday; 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday; and noon – midnight, Sunday.

The Offices of Admissions, University Registrar, Recruitment, Financial Aid, Student Counseling, Student Health, Graduate Studies, Bursar and Campus Card Services schedule starting Thursday, May 16 – Wednesday, May 29 is Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., Friday.        

Both the Library and University offices will be closed Monday, May 27 in a State-authorized observance of Memorial Day. The Library will also be closed on Sunday, May 26.
