TAMIU College of Ed Offers On-Site Registration

Those considering a career in the education field can visit the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) College of Education’s On-Site Registration Thursday, Jan. 16 from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. at the Senator Judith Zaffirini Success Center, room 201.

On-Site Registration, free and open to the public, will be an opportunity for students to register for undergraduate and graduate programs offered under the College of Education this Spring, said Dr. Catheryn Weitman, College of Education dean.

“Current and prospective students will be able to obtain information about how to enroll in a program and financial aid availability,” Dr. Weitman said, “Faculty and staff will also be available to answer specific questions students may have about various programs.”

Application for graduate admission can be completed at www.applytexas.org

University Spring classes will begin Wednesday, Jan. 22.  Most graduate classes will start Feb. 10 under Dynamic Scheduling, which offers students flexible class scheduling. Registration is ongoing through Jan. 28.
