TAMIU Observes Thanksgiving Holiday

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23 – Saturday, Nov. 25 as part of a State-authorized observance of Thanksgiving.

University classes will be suspended Wednesday, Nov. 22 for reading day, and Thursday, Nov. 23 – Saturday, Nov. 25 in observance of Thanksgiving.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library will be closed from noon Wednesday, Nov. 22 through Saturday, Nov. 25. The Killam Library will open at noon and resume regular hours Sunday, Nov. 26.

The TAMIU Recreational Sports Center hours for Thanksgiving Week are Monday, Nov. 20 and Tuesday, Nov. 21, 6:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Wednesday, Nov. 22, 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and closed Thursday, Nov. 23 – Sunday, Nov. 26.

University offices reopen and classes resume Monday, Nov. 27 at 8 a.m.

Registration for Spring 2018 is underway online. Classes begin Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2018.
