Late Registration continues through Sept. 3 at TAMIU

The first week of Fall semester classes at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) is now underway.  Classes began Monday, Aug. 28.  

Late registration continues through Monday, Sept. 3 in offices and online at uconnect.tamiu.edu.

Students wanting to make a payment online can visit UConnect or www.tamiu.edu/pay. Installment payment plans are available.

For more information on tuition payments, contact the Bursar’s Office at 956.326.2140 or by visiting their offices at the Senator Judith Zaffirini Student Success Center (ZSC) 137. Visit them online at www.tamiu.edu/comptroller/bursar.shtml.

Students in need of financial assistance to meet their educational goals can visit the University’s Office of Financial Aid to explore their options through grants, loans, and student employment. For more information, contact them at 956.326.2225, visit them at ZSC 214, or online at http://www.tamiu.edu/financialaid/.

Textbook purchases can be made at the University’s bookstore, located at ZSC 115, or online at www.tamiu.bncollege.com. Students with financial aid balances can make their necessary textbook purchase using these funds through Friday, Sept. 7.   

During the past Fall 2017 semester, 7,654 enrolled students chose to ‘Go Beyond’ at TAMIU.

Recently, TAMIU was listed by the higher education data website, College Consensus, as one of the best colleges and universities in Texas. In this ranking, TAMIU was the only A&M System regional campus included, along with Texas A&M University.

Also, TAMIU ranked eighth in the state as one of the best colleges and universities at helping graduates land a job according to a ranking by online source, Zippia.com.

Student Services offices are open Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Fridays from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
