TAMIU All Majors Fair Slated for Feb. 26

Recent and prospective graduates are invited to attend the Texas A&M International University Spring 2019 All Majors Fair Tuesday, Feb. 26 from 1 - 4 p.m. at the Student Center Ballroom.

While students are encouraged to attend, the Fair is free and open to the community.

Various employers will be present representing higher education, school districts, government agencies, retail service, banking, logistics, health and wellness, leisure and hospitality and other industries.

Participating employers are the City of Laredo - Human Resources Department, Crystal City Independent School District, Doctors Hospital of Laredo, Edgewood Independent School District, R+L Global Logistics, San Antonio ISD, the U.S. Social Security Administration, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and many more.

During the Fair, employers meet with job-seekers and discuss their current hiring needs, qualifications for employment and any job-related questions. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resume and should dress in business casual attire as some job recruiters will be conducting on-site interviews.

TAMIU’s Career Services offers a range of services, that includes creating resumes and cover letters, practicing interviewing skills and access to Dusty Works. Services are available to students, parents, alumni, job recruiters, and university faculty and staff members.
