TAMIU Dedicates Online Site to Share Accolades
It’s always nice to know that what you’re doing is well-regarded by others…and that counts for Universities too.
That’s why Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) is sharing all the accolades that help to distinguish its campus experience in a new, dedicated website.
“TAMIU is no stranger to having its share of spotlights. As a top-ranked institution of higher education committed to being Accessible, Affordable, and Exceptional, we live for this stuff and are proud to share the good news. As students and parents consider their higher education opportunities for this Fall…and we certainly want to encourage that TAMIU figures in that… this serves to highlight the wide spectrum of accolades and rankings that truly help to distinguish TAMIU,” said Mika Akikuni, TAMIU associate director of Marketing.
The new site includes a broad range of rankings from overall University assessments to program-specific accolades and even delivery-specific recognitions. For example, TAMIU’s increase in online offerings has enabled it to qualify for a variety of rankings reserved for online programs or institutions. Some rankings also use methodologies that are specific to that ranking, further narrowing College or University candidates that will be evaluated.

TAMIU’s Open House and Welcome Day, Saturday, August 20, 2022, is part of a summer outreach series helping potential and returning Fall students finalize their plans to enter the University. Free of charge, it will be underway from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Senator Judith Zaffirini Student Success Center.
