TAMIU Programs Earn Top Spots in 2023 BestColleges Rankings

A diverse range of Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) academic programs have been ranked in top spots nationwide in online source BestColleges' 2023 BestColleges Rankings.

In its recently released 2023 rankings, BestColleges recognized TAMIU in the following categories:

2nd in Most Affordable Online Colleges in Texas

3rd in Most Affordable RN-to-BSN Programs of 2023

4th in Best Online MBA in International Business Programs

7th in Best Online MBA in Finance Programs 2023

9th in Best Online Master's in K-12 Education Programs

BestColleges' meticulous ranking methodology is crafted based on statistical data and consistent principles, including academic quality, affordability, and online competency. Since 2014, its mission has been to provide an objective assessment of relative quality in higher education, taking into account factors such as academic outcomes, affordability, and the breadth and depth of online learning opportunities.

TAMIU President Dr. Pablo Arenaz said these rankings are impressive and affirm the Unviersity’s solid commitment to its students.

"We are pleased to see TAMIU's consistent placement in these important rankings," Dr. Arenaz said, "They are a testament to the University's dedication to providing students with an accessible, affordable, and exceptional education," Dr. Arenaz said.

TAMIU has recently been ranked as the No. 1 university in Texas and third in the nation  by Third Way in its   2023 Economic Mobility Index.  The think tank ranks institutions that are “unambiguously delivering strong economic mobility outcomes” for its students and graduates.

TAMIU was also the highest-ranked public/state University, # 3, in the Washington Monthly Magazine’s 2023 College Guide “Best Bang for the Buck” Ranking.

TAMIU is home to over 8,500 students. Degrees are awarded by the College of Arts and Sciences, A. R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business, College of Education, College of Nursing and Health Sciences and University College.
