Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) students take center stage during their second annual Fashion Show Saturday, March 30, 2024, in the Student Center Ballroom. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the Fashion Show begins at 7 p.m.

Tickets are available for sale at $15 for V.I.P. reserved seating, $7 for general admission, $5 for student, faculty, and staff members, and $3 for standing room only. Tickets are currently available on Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/tamiu-fashion-society-second-annual-fashion-show-tickets-860647278177?aff=ebdssbdestsearch.

V.I.P. swag includes a dedicated lounge area, priority front-row seating, a local vendors' goodie bag, and an event lanyard.

The fully student-led event hopes to continue supporting the creativity of its student members while raising funds for future events and activities, said student organizer Anasofia Del Prado.

“As president of the TAMIU Fashion Society, I'm excited to share our upcoming fashion show with the Laredo community! This show is a celebration of creativity, style, and self-expression. We cannot wait to showcase the incredible talent of our TAMIU community, and to inspire and empower individuals to express themselves through their personal style. Join us for a night of glamour, excitement, and unforgettable fashion moments,” said Del Prado.

This year's vintage-themed Fashion Show features 34 student models. Nine local businesses will work with the TAMIU Fashion Society. Featured clothing from local vendors like Amigos Vintage, Andrea’s Vintage, Hecho Con Amor & Co., Koined Klothing, Nom Noms, Phase 4 Vintage, Project 7, WiTheFits, and Natalie Treviño Jewelry will be showcased.
