TAMIU Announces Early Closure Friday, April 3

In a Texas A&M University System-authorized Good Friday holiday, Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) offices will close at noon on Friday, April 3, 2026.  University classes for students are cancelled on Friday.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library, Rec Center and City of Laredo Tennis Complex at TAMIU will also close Friday, April 3 at noon and remain closed through the weekend.

University offices reopen and classes resume at 8 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2026.

Registration for Maymester, Summer and Fall 2026 is underway and continues online via UConnect. Students can learn more about registration at TAMIU by visiting www.tamiu.edu/reghub.
