General Biology I-Unifying Concepts |

A study of the basic principles of Biology. Topics will include biochemistry, cell structure and function, photosynthesis and respiration, DNA structure and function, mitosis, meiosis, and Mendelian genetics. Concurrent enrollment in CHEM 1411 is strongly recommended. Required for all biology majors. Laboratory/lecture. Fulfill the laboratory science core requirement. Lab fee: $25.00. May be taken by non-science majors with permission of instructor. |
