Iron Circuit

Iron Circuit is a strength-endurance training class designed to build muscular resilience, control, and work capacity through intentional loading and cardio. Sessions combine structured push and pull movements with programmed circuits to challenge strength while sustaining intensity. This metabolic class was designed based on calorie burn, as it was created to keep a high heart rate while maintaining a consistent caloric burn

Each session includes a primary Olympic lift, followed by carefully selected exercises to boost your technique, increase lifting capacity, and improve overall performance—perfect for lifters of all levels


Power Hour

Looking to squeeze in an effective workout during your lunch hour? Join Rebecca for a circuit-style strength training class designed to help you build muscle, improve your form, and push your limits. Whether you're a beginner or experienced lifter, this high-energy session will challenge you while keeping things efficient and focused. Come ready to work hard, get stronger, and leave feeling accomplished—all in just half an hour! While the class is structured in 30-minute intervals, it runs for a full hour, so you can drop in for a quick workout or stay for the full session depending on your schedule.


Metabolic Rave

This is a high-energy metabolic class that focuses on hypertrophy and cardio designed to burn calories.

You will rotate through 6 stations using timed intervals that combine weightlifting and cardio movements.

The weightlifting portion focuses on controlled, slower reps to promote muscle growth, while cardio stations keep your heart rate elevated.

Expect a fast-paced workout that challenges both strength and conditioning.

Participants can expect to burn 500-plus calories while improving overall fitness and endurance.


Yoga Sculpt

A yoga class with light weights that will have strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating. This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Yoga sculpt strengthens, balances and relaxes the body and mind. We will target parts of the body where we hold the most stress. This class combines a yoga flow with light weights and body weight to provide a workout designed to sculpt, lengthen, and challenge you. All fitness levels welcome.



Breath and Balance

Breath & Balance focuses on improving breathing control, balance, and overall movement quality. This class combines guided breathing with slow, controlled movements and balance-based exercises to build stability, mobility, and body awareness. It’s designed to support better performance, coordination, and focus for all fitness levels.


Burn-a-lates

Burn-A-Laties is a high-energy, mat-based Pilates class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and
elevate your full-body workout. This class blends traditional Pilates foundations with
effective modern exercises for maximum efficiency and results.
We will provide workout equipment, such as a Pilates ball, dumbbells, resistance bands,
gliders, and a mat. This class moves through a dynamic sequence that targets core
strength, stability, balance, and muscular endurance. Each class emphasizes proper form
and controlled breathing to ensure safe, effective movement and long-term benefits.
Burn-a-laties helps improve posture, enhance stability, and build lean muscle while
supporting weight loss and an overall healthy, active lifestyle. Suitable for all levels, with
modifications offered to meet individual needs.

Pedal & Press

This hybrid class combines high-energy indoor cycling with an upper-body-focused HIIT weightlifting segment for a full cardiovascular and muscular challenge.

The weightlifting portion targets the chest, back, shoulders, arms, and core using dumbbells, body weight, and timed intervals. Participants will move through circuits designed to build muscular endurance, improve power output, and elevate heart rate through controlled, efficient strength movements. Exercises are performed using interval-based work-to-rest ratios to maintain intensity while prioritizing proper form.

Cycling intervals are strategically placed to keep the heart rate elevated between strength sets, creating a seamless blend of cardio and resistance training. All movements are scalable, making the class accessible for various fitness levels.


Strength & Sweat

This class blends weight-based strength training with high-intensity cardio intervals to create a powerful, fast-paced workout that challenges both muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Participants move through structured blocks that alternate loaded lifts using barbells, plates, or dumbbells with dynamic cardio efforts designed to keep the heart rate elevated throughout the session. Strength segments emphasize compound movements targeting major muscle groups, while cardio intervals drive intensity and metabolic demand.

The continuous combination of resistance training and high-intensity conditioning is designed to burn approximately 500–1,000 calories per class, depending on individual effort, load selection, and fitness level.

Exercises are fully scalable, allowing participants to adjust weight and intensity while maintaining proper form and movement quality.
