Our Mission Statement
The Office of Budget, Payroll and Fiscal Analysis strives to support the mission of Texas A&M International University and the Division of Finance and Administration by providing proficient financial services to support the academic, research, and public service activities of the University. Our mission is carried out by:
- Preparing and monitoring fiscal resources and expenditures in alignment with the University's strategic planning and goals
- Assuring all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with federal and state payroll regulations and internal policies and procedures
