Practicum Seminar in the Arts
Three semester hours.
A practical seminar designed to introduce students to the art world. Critiques and presentations are a major component of this course. Issues and problems covered will be where and how to sell work, graduate school, jobs, and portfolio preparation. Framing, matting, photographing art for gallery presentation. An exhibition of the student's work will be required. Prerequisite: For art majors and minors, junior or senior standing. Lab fee: $15.00.
