Evidence-Based Practice for Students with Disabilities
Three semester hours.

This course provides students with an overview of special education eligibility categories and the need for Evidence-Based Practice when teaching students with identified disabilities. The course will emphasize skills needed to determine when a teaching strategy qualifies as an Evidence-Based practice, and will present strategies that are currently validated.
