Political and Historical Thought
Three semester hours.
This is an interdisciplinary seminar for students whose interests lie in the field of the study of the history of ideas, with a particular emphasis on the history of political thought. The seminar covers topics in Western, Non-Western, ancient, medieval, early modern, modern and contemporary thought, political theory, and methodology in the history of political thought.
