We teamed up with an app
called Social Scavenger for a
mobile adventure in an effort to
help us spread the world about
our Instructional Technology and
Distance Education department
and increase the number of fol-
lowers in our social media sites.
Students that participated would
take a picture or selfie while
completing the mobile challeng-
es. The challenges directly dealt
with topics about the services we
provide. The mobile adventure
was conducted over a six day
period and concluded with some
challenges at the Discover TAMIU
event. Winners were announced
the following week.
