Special Collections Hours and Events

Appointments should be requested at least 48 hours (two working days) in advance to allow time for materials to be retrieved.  

Research time is generally available during regular business hours  

Monday-Friday   8am-5pm

To best insure confirmation for a preferred time slot, please contact us as far in advance as possible. 

Visitors please note the following:

  • Visitors must have a confirmed appointment in order to use materials.

  • Visitor appointments are for a designated date and time.

  • Visitors are required to observe safe handling procedures of all collection materials.

  • Prior to visit, the researcher is subject to a Reference Interview in order to facilitate efficient use of on-site research time.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the following guidelines are in effect in the Archive

  • Visitors must observe all recommended social distancing guidelines. 
  • Visitors are required to wear a protective mask.
  • A maximum of two visitors are allowed per research team time slot.
