TAMIU Observes Spring Break Schedule March 12-16

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) students will join college students nationwide as they observe Spring Break Monday through Friday, March 12-16.

Classes will be suspended March 12-16, but University offices will remain open through 5 p.m., March 13. Offices will be closed March 14 through March 16. 

Classes will resume and offices reopen on Monday, March 19.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library will be open Monday-Tuesday, March 12-13 from 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.  From Wednesday through Friday March 14-16, the Library will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., closing all day on Saturday, March 17. The Library will resume regular hours Sunday, March 18 opening from noon to midnight. 

During Spring Break, the Lamar Bruni Vergara Planetarium will present shows on Tuesday, March 13 only. Movie showing times on March 13 are: “The Jungle Book,” 12-1:46 p.m.; “The Secret of the Cardboard Rocket,” 4-4:40 p.m.; “Seven Wonders,” 5-5:33 p.m.; “Space Next,” 6-6:38 p.m. For schedule and ticket information, please see here: http://www.tamiu.edu/planetarium/showschedule.shtml

The Planetarium will be closed Wednesday, March 14 through Friday, March 16 and will resume regular hours on Monday, March 19.
