TAMIU-SBDC Webinars Focus on Developing Digital Strategies

Small business owners looking to build their digital strategy can sign-up for two upcoming online-based workshops offered through Texas A&M International University's Small Business Development Center (TAMIU-SBDC).

Both workshops are offered at no cost.

The first workshop is organized through TAMIU SBDC, in partnership with Texas State’s Small Business Development Center, which will offer a 10-episode online workshop series titled, "Digital Solopreneur en Español (Spanglish Series)" by digital marketer Alejandro Berea.

Berea’s workshop is offered every Thursday from 11 a.m. to noon, through Aug. 19.

Each workshop covers a series of topics, ranging from website construction, using social media networks, digitizing your business, establishing your small business, and more.

An experienced digital marketer, Berea specializes in assisting small business owners by helping individuals apply language and life skills to their own lives and businesses.

The second online workshop, "How to Build a Powerful Video Content Strategy," is slated for Wednesday, June 30 from 1 to 2 p.m.

The workshop will focus on the power of video and its impact on promotional campaigns and marketing.

During the workshop, Christina Jovanna Olivarez, founder and CEO of The Social Butterfly Gal, will discuss video content marketing strategies.

Olivarez, an award-winning social media strategist and Founder & CEO of The Social Butterfly Gal, assists brands in gaining the knowledge, skills, and confidence to use social media strategically.
