TAMIU Announces Spring Break Observance

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) students begin their observance of Spring Break, Monday, March 13 through Saturday, March 18.

While classes are suspended March 13 – 18, TAMIU offices will be closed Friday, March 17.

Classes will resume and offices reopen Monday, March 20.

The University’s Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library (KL) remains open throughout the week of Spring Break, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and will close Friday, March 17.

Additionally, the University’s Kinesiology, Wellness and Recreation Center will be open, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., and close Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18.

Registration for Maymester, Summer, and Fall 2023 begins Monday, April 3 at 12:01 a.m. An individual's registration start date and time is based on a phased registration schedule. View the registration schedule here: https://www.tamiu.edu/registrar/registration.shtml.

Academic advising is available to all students, including first-time freshmen, transfer, returning, and graduate students. Students should schedule an appointment with their advisor prior to registration.

Additionally, students in need of financial assistance can call or email the University’s Office of Financial Aid to explore options through grants, loans, and student employment.
