TAMIU to Observe MLK Day Monday, Spring ’26 Classes Begin Tuesday

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) will observe the State-authorized holiday for Martin Luther King Day on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026.

All University offices, including the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library and the City of Laredo Tennis Complex at TAMIU, will close and reopen Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 8 a.m. for the first day of classes of the Spring 2026 semester.

Late Registration also begins Tuesday and ends Monday, Jan. 26, 2026.
