Order an Official TAMIU Transcript

  • Students must clear any active transcript holds from their record before any transcript request will be honored.
  • Official electronic and hardcopy transcripts are offered by the National Student Clearinghouse. They can be requested at the following website: getmytranscript.org.
  • RECOMMENDED OPTIONS FOR PROCESSING DETAILS:
    • Which transcript do you want? CURRENT
    • What type of transcript do you want? COMPLETE/ALL
  • The "CURRENT" transcript option is for students and alumni who want their transcript processed and sent AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It will reflect the grades through the student's last or latest term. These transcripts will arrive to the recipient within an hour.
  • Transcript requests cannot be accepted by telephone.
  • Electronic transcript requests are not available for students who have attended Texas A&M International University prior to Fall 1995.
  • Please select "Employer or Other" if your institution or educational/professional organization is not included in the recipient drop-down list.

Note: Prospective undergraduate or graduate students that are applying for TAMIU admission do not need to request or submit their TAMIU transcript since their academic record is already on file.

Students may request electronic transcripts and hardcopy transcripts via the National Student Clearinghouse. Login information is not required and an email address or physical address for the recipient must be provided.

Electronic transcripts arrive to recipients within an hour (unless during peak times.) Electronic transcript requests are not available for students who have attended Texas A&M International University prior to Fall 1995.

Domestic mail-out transcripts arrive to the recipients within 5 to 7 business days. Pick-up transcripts are ready during the same day that the order was placed except weekends.

Which transcript do you want?

  • CURRENT - Will be processed SAME DAY transcript is requested.
  • After Degree is Awarded - Will be processed the same day that diplomas are available.
What type of transcript do you want?
  • COMPLETE/ALL - Includes ALL RECORDS related to a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, and Doctoral degree.
  • Undergraduate - All records related to a Bachelor's degree.
  • Graduate - All records related to a Master's degree.

Current & Former Students - Students must login to Uconnect with their NetID and password to access their unofficial transcript. Students with an outstanding balance with the university or active transcript holds will be unable to access their unofficial transcript through Uconnect.

For assistance with accessing Uconnect, please contact the Office of Information Technology at https://www.tamiu.edu/oit/.

  • Log in to Uconnect by using your NetID and password.
  • Click on the "My Records" icon.
  • Select the "Academic Records" option.
  • Click on the "Academic Transcript" option on your left side menu.
  • Select "All Levels" and "Web" in the drop-down options.

Unofficial transcripts will not be emailed by the Office of the University Registrar.
