1Visual/Performing Arts, Instrumentalists must take 3 SCH of MUEN 1130; Voice majors take MUSI 1161, 2160, 2161.
2Math elective, select 3 SCH from any math course above the level of College Algebra.
3Communication, select 3 SCH from HUM 2301 or SPCH 1311.
4Music Pedagogy elective, select 4 SCH from MUED 3233, 3266, 3268, 3283, 3288 or 3289.
5Advanced Music Theory elective, select from MUSI 3346 or 3347.
6Ensemble Literature, select 2 SCH from MUED 4257, 4258, 4259.
7Select from MUSI music coursework with approval of music studies advisor.
Note: All Music Theory and Aural Training SCH must be completed with a grade of "C" or better. Student must audition with a full time faculty of the music performance area. Must complete 6 semesters in the same principal area.
