What is Planned Giving?

family

Planned giving is a meaningful
way to create a legacy at Texas A&M International University while taking advantage of income and tax benefits for you and your heirs. Choosing to participate in any of the following planned giving vehicles will help ensure that millions of people across the nation will continue to enjoy our cultural heritage through America's finest artworks.

Supporting the University through planned giving will enroll you in the Heritage Society, a group of donors dedicated to the University's' mission. Heritage Society donors receive special recognition in Prism and invitations to annual activities.

Please contact us for more information. We are happy to work with you to explore creative giving opportunities that meet your financial and estate planning needs.

What are the benefits to you?

These gifts can provide a substantial tax savings during your lifetime as well as those of your heirs. Meetings with your financial and legal advisors to discuss how a gift to TAMIU might impact your estate planning is recommended.

What will my gift accomplish?

Your gift ensures that future generations of students will have educational opportunities needed to improve the quality of life around them and while leaving a lasting legacy in your name for your community.

What do I need to do?

Please call TAMIU’s President, Dr. Ray Keck at 956.326.2320, or Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Candy Hein at 956.326.2175, and request a personal visit to help you explore how a gift to TAMIU can help you achieve your goals for you and your family.
