Dear Graduate & Professional Schools, On behalf of Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) the Office of Career Services invites you to participate in the TAMIU 2015 Graduate & Professional School Fair on Thursday, November 12, 2015.
Students: Texas A&M International University's Graduate & Professional Schools Fair allows students to visit with graduate, medical, law and other program representitives. This is an opportunity to ask questions and gather information about career preparation that extends beyond a Bachelors degree.
TAMIU Student/Alumni Registration: Registration for this event is not mandatory and the events are free to students, alumni and the general community. Recruiters: As an exhibitor, you will have access to a talented student/graduate population interested in continuing their studies in graduate and professional schools. During the school fair, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with TAMIU students, soon to be graduates and alumni. Allow us to partner with you in your promotion of your institution and programs.
Recruiter Registration: Regular Registration for this fair is $ 120.00 by the deadline of Sunday, November 1, 2015. The registration fee includes: (2) meal tickets, (1) skirted 6 ft. table, (2) chairs and wireless internet access for the School Fair on November 12th from 10a.m. - 2p.m. Additional meal tickets for attending recruiters are $ 25.00 each. Late Registration for this fair is $ 150.00 after Sunday, November 1, 2015. Please note that only regular registration fees (including meal tickets) are fully reimbursable if complete by the deadline of Sunday, November 1, 2015.
Special Note Regarding Reimbursement: No refunds and/or reimbursements will be provided on or after Thursday, November 5, 2015. Any withdraw after Thursday,, November 5, 2015 will result in no reimbursement. Withdraws or "No Show" Cancellations on the day of the fair will result in no reimbursement.
