| 5. Demonstrate written proficiency in the English Language. | |||||||
| 6. Maintain a 3.00 GPA to complete the certificate. | |||||||
| 7. Pass the Exit Exam with a score of 80% or above to receive observation or clinical practicum verification for professional certification. | |||||||
| 8. All Exit examinations are administered at the University Testing Center. Registration is required prior to taking the Exit Examination. | |||||||
